Privacy Policy to Our Valued Customers

We use the information that pertains to our website to make your transactions with us more pleasant and efficient. In The Game Athletics will NEVER sell or trade your name, address or personal information to any third party other than what is necessary to complete your order transaction (ex. drop shipments).

We will use your email address to contact you if we have a question with your order. Occasionally, we advise our email customers of special sales. If at any time you do not want to receive these sale updates, just reply and let us know that you want your name deleted.

Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We here at In The Game Athletics try and make every attempt to maintain accurate images of the products sold on the website. In The Game Athletics is not responsible for differences between displayed images and actual products.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are returning an item to In The Game Athletics, make sure you have a copy of your receipt inside the box to verify proof of purchase.

UNUSED stock products will be accepted for full product refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of shipment.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date found at the bottom of your receipt. The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping in both directions.

Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Requests for return of goods must be received within thirty (30) days of the receipt. Any item deemed defective will be credited, replaced, and returned to you freight prepaid. The same stock number, color, and size will be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be made outside of the warranty period.

NOTE: Please be advised that manufacturers require us to return merchandise for their inspection. Therefore, it may take longer than usual to resolve the situation. All manufacturers' decisions prevail.

Product Availability

At In The Game Athletics we try our best to have all our products in stock when you place your order. However, due to delays in shipping, manufacturing, and production, not every item is in stock for immediate shipment. We cannot confirm availability until you place your order. Our normal processing time for in stock orders is 1 business day from date of order confirmation.

Saturdays, Sundays and Holiday orders will be processed the following business day. In The Game Athletics will contact you by phone or email if any item(s) ordered are unavailable or on backorder.

Used Merchandise

Used merchandise WILL NOT be accepted for return unless it is defective.

In The Game Athletics store and our website does not sell merchandise on a trial basis. All returned items must be in new condition as it was received by us from the manufacturer.

Used items that are returned for credit or exchange will be refused and returned to you.

Defective Items

In The Game Athletics will repair or replace, at our own discretion, any defective item. For any NON-DECORATED defective apparel you have 30 days from date on order confirmation, any DECORATED material that is defective, will have to be sent back to be replaced. All other products carry their manufacturer's warranty.

If we here at In the Game Athletics believe an item is defective, the item will be exchanged for the same model and size, if that item is discontinued or out of stock, we will replace that item with a comparable item. Because both In the Game Athletics and the manufacturer must inspect defective merchandise, it is not possible to issue credit for defective items or to ship replacement merchandise until then. Items that are not used for their intended purposes will not be accepted for return nor warranted.

Personalized Items

In The Game Athletics will determine if an item is defective before it is sent back to the manufacturer. Items that have been customized - caps, jerseys, embroidered goods, letter jackets, personalized gloves, etc. - may not be returned for credit or exchange unless defective.

Bat Warranty Policy

Once the packaging is removed from your new bat, our return policy is voided.

BEFORE YOU CALL TO RECEIVE A RETURN AURTHORIZATION MAKE SURE TO READ THE WARRANTY CARD ATTACHED TO THE BAT.

Most manufacturer warranties cover cracking, bending, or significant denting that may occur during normal field usage. Verify your particular manufacturer's requirements for the warranty and check the date of purchase (most manufacturer's warranties are for 1-year, but not all). CHECK before you call for a return authorization.

The warranty may be found void if the manufacturer suspects the bat to be abused or altered in any way other than the intended use of the bat.

For faster service have the following information readily available before calling manufacturer for return authorization:

  • Model Number - (Found on the bat)
  • Length - (Found on the bat)
  • Weight - (Found on the bat)
  • Proof of Purchase - (Usually a receipt is acceptable)
  • Date Purchased - (Found on the receipt)
  • Location Purchased - (In The Game Athletics-Matthews or In The Game Athletics-Rock Hill)

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates apply to packages shipped within the contiguous U.S.A. by UPS ground. Item(s) usually arrive 3-10 business days from date of order confirmation.  In The Game Athletics can NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If you would like to receive you item(s) sooner, please contact In The Game Athletics and we will gladly change your order from ground to 2 or 3 day saver for an increased shipping fee.
